Friday, I pretty much hit rock bottom. But I finally realised why. No exercise was making me feel totally flat and blue. There were no happy endorphins being released, so I was feeling lethargic and filling my body with crap was making it worse. I was gonna go to the gym but I just couldn't. My body felt so tired and heavy.
I watched TV shows all morning and then tried to convince myself to have a shower. Even that seemed too hard. But after watching my cat licking himself I thought, if my bloody cat can clean himself, so can I! So I got ready and went up the street to do some errands. I went to Dan Murphy's to stock up on Xmas booze, then went to Kmart to do a bit of Xmas shopping for my ma, then Coles to buy ingredients for Sat nite's dinner party.
I felt better after getting out of the house, and vowed to go to the gym the next morning.

Meal 1 - muesli with milk
lemon water
Meal 2 - vegemite toast
tea
Meal 3 - borlotti bean soup
2 slices of toast
Meal 4 - chocolate
tea
I guess you can see why I didn't feel like blogging all this at the time. When you feel shit, you don't wanna admit it or pass it on to internet world...but its fine in retrospect! Haha.
